Katharine is president and co-founder of Triangle Concierge, Inc. She is an International Concierge Training Expert, Award Winning Author, speaker and consultant. Katharine is also one of the founders of the association.

Jackie is the C.E.O. of Wise Women Incorporated in Norman, Oklahoma as well as an Adjunct Professor in Liberal Studies and Women’s Studies at the University of Oklahoma.  

Angel Wilder is the owner of Angel At Your Service and has been helping others in the errand and concierge industry since 1998. 

Valerie Alvarez is an independent Personal Assistant, her introduction and company are one in the same. Since 2005, she has been working as a Personal Assistant for various clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, ranging from High Profile Athletes, Entrepreneurs, Prominent Families, as well as, busy individuals and on-the-go families who just need the extra help to project manage and relieve them from their To-Do List. 

Mariella has been running Dickory Dock Lifestyle Management in Glasgow in the UK for the past 4 years and was one of the first to offer this service in Scotland. She had a long career in this voluntary organisation from member of the Board to President of JCI Malta in 1999 and 2000 to Vice President International of JCI in 2001 when she was assigned to the countries of Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco and Andorra. Her last role in JCI was to serve as Aid-de-camp to the JCI World President in 2005. She is a Senator of JCI. 

Sue is President of Cville Concierge LLC in Charlottesville, VA.

Abbie is currently President of ICLMA Australia/New Zealand. She is also founder and Principle Owner of Lifestyle Elements in Australia.

Shoko is Chairperson of ICLMA's Japan Chapter.
